A Rosatom subsidiary participated in a conference on mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence
02.11.2026
The key topic of the event was the development and implementation of domestic engineering analysis systems using artificial intelligence technologies to ensure the industry’s process sovereignty.
On October 28, 2026, the 6th Conference on Mathematical Modeling and Artificial Intelligence was held at the Congress Center of the N. E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Moscow). The event is being held for the sixth consecutive year with the support of the Rosatom State Corporation, and this is the second year it has been included in the program of the “Russian Engineer” International Congress.
Representatives of JSC ETC GET (a subsidiary of Rosatom Service JSC the Electric Power Division of the Rosatom State Corporation) spoke at the session titled “System Modeling in REPEAT VISION”. The experts discussed the use of the Russian-developed platform for optimization tasks, unmanned systems management, and quality control of surrogate models.
Specialists from JSC ETC GET also led Session No. 12, “System Modeling in REPEAT VISION”. Here, experts discussed the mathematical foundations of system modeling and how various engineering problems are integrated into a single model. Special attention was given to tools for optimizing products and systems, which reduce design time and improve the quality of solutions. Next, using a practical case study conducted on REPEAT VISION platform, a demonstration was given of how a control system is developed and debugged in a virtual environment, including the verification of algorithms through field testing. The session concluded with a discussion of machine learning-based surrogate models that accelerate engineering calculations, as well as methods for identifying errors in these models while maintaining the reliability of the results.
In turn, a plenary session attended by representatives from government, industry, science, and education addressed the development of the national computing infrastructure, mathematical modeling technologies, and artificial intelligence. The conference program also included lectures on engineering data management, workforce training, and the promotion of knowledge-intensive IT solutions. More than 30 leading Russian experts in the fields of science, engineering software, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies were invited to participate. A scientific and engineering exhibition of software solutions was held concurrently, with more than 20 partners participating.
The conference has already established itself as a major industry platform: over the past five years, it has been attended by more than 3,000 participants in person and more than 5,000 online. More than 100 companies and 80 universities took part in the conference events.

The Electric Power Division of Rosatom State Corporation is the largest producer of low-carbon electric power in Russia. Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, the Division management company, operates 10 functioning nuclear power plants, including the world’s only floating nuclear power plant (FNPP). 34 power units with a total capacity of 29.8 GW generate about 19 % of electricity in Russia. Division enterprises provide a full range of services for commissioning, repair, maintenance and training of personnel for nuclear power units; they produce isotopes for medicine, agriculture and microelectronics; new areas of activity are actively developing within its framework (development of a network of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, biogas stations, production of industrial robots, etc.). www.rosenergoatom.ru
JSC Engineering and Technology Center GET (JSC ETC GET part of the Rosatom Service JSC group of companies) is a recognized leader in the field of simulator production and mathematical modeling for Russian and foreign nuclear power plants (NPP), thermal power plants (TPP), training centers (TC) and other energy facilities. By combining experience and innovation, we implement digital solutions for the smooth operation of industrial facilities. www.get-sim.ru
REPEAT VISION (Real-time Platform for Engineering Automated Technologies) is a software platform for the dynamic simulation of complex technical systems. It enables users to create digital twins of power units, conduct virtual tests, and optimize production processes. A development by JSC ETC GET that is entirely independent of imports.
In September 2026, JSC ETC GET entered into a distribution agreement with the Indian company Syngient Technologies regarding REPEAT VISION platform, which emphasizes its international significance and export potential.

The Russian industry faces the goal of ensuring process sovereignty and transition to the latest technologies in the shortest possible time. The state and large domestic companies are channeling resources to accelerate the development of the domestic research, infrastructure, and scientific and process base. The introduction of innovations and new high-tech equipment allows Rosatom and its enterprises to occupy new niches in the market, increasing the competitiveness of the nuclear industry and the Russian industry as a whole.
