Rosatom Intelligent Machines LLC participated in the opening ceremony for a production facility at the Titan Industrial Park and began production operations at the new site
On August 25, in the Leninsky Urban District of the Moscow Region, Rosatom Intelligent Machines LLC (Rosatom Intelmash LLC, a subsidiary of Rosatom Service JSC, the Electric Power Division of the Rosatom State Corporation) took part in the opening ceremony for a production facility at Titan State Industrial Park in the Leninsky Urban District of the Moscow Region. The event was attended by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation; Mikhail Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade; and Andrei Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region.
The company demonstrated its own developments during the ceremony - a laboratory prototype of the Russian industrial robotic manipulator AIM M30-D1850 and a robotic system for intelligent welding on a linear track.
The development of AIM M30-D1850, a universal industrial robotic manipulator, is being carried out in accordance with requirements of Russian Federation Government Resolution No. 719 on the certification of industrial production within Russia. A basic product configuration has been created, which will serve as the foundation for a line of industrial robotic manipulators with various payload capacities and control systems designed for different purposes. The control system is compatible with the Russian operating system Astra Linux Special Edition. The housing components, shafts, and gears of the manipulator are manufactured in Russia from domestic materials. The product is currently available as a laboratory prototype that meets the UGT 4 technology readiness level. The plan is to develop the prototype into a commercial product ready for mass production by the end of 2027. The AIM industrial robot is designed to handle a wide range of manufacturing automation tasks.
Rossatom Intelmash became one of the first residents of our Titan state industrial park, which we opened in the Leninsky Municipal District. Seven robot manufacturing companies are already starting operations here today. The companies are housed in ready-to-use production facilities. The residents took advantage of our regional program - they leased the space for 1 ruble per year. “This is a prime example of how government support programs have enabled us to quickly establish a cluster of robot manufacturers here in our region,” said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Head of the Moscow Region Government and Minister of Investment, Industry, and Science.
“The development of the Russian universal industrial robot AIM M30-D1850 is a project we initiated ourselves, which our engineering and design team is dedicating its full efforts to”. It is impossible to talk about progress in the field of robotics without our own manipulator, our own control system, and our own mechanical components, which is why we have focused our efforts specifically on these key components and are developing them in cooperation with Russian component manufacturers, in collaboration with the robotics center at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Rosatom State Corporation consistently reaffirms its status as a global technology leader, and industrial robotics is one of the areas where domestic innovations should be applied based on results of technical and process audits of enterprises and taking into account existing production processes and needs of enterprises, where domestic innovations shall also ensure the economic efficiency of their implementation. “Locating our facilities in Titan Industrial Park gives us the opportunity to create the necessary infrastructure so that, in cooperation with other organizations, we can bring new robotics products for various industrial sectors to the Russian market,” said Andrei Gromov, CEO of Rosatom Intelmash LLC.

The Electric Power Division of Rosatom State Corporation is the largest producer of low-carbon electric power in Russia. Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, the Division management company, operates 11 functioning nuclear power plants, including the world’s only floating nuclear power plant (FNPP). 33 power units with a total capacity of 28.5 GW already generate about 19 % of electricity in Russia. Division enterprises provide a full range of services for commissioning, repair, maintenance and training of personnel for nuclear power units; they produce isotopes for medicine, agriculture and microelectronics; new areas of activity are actively developing within its framework (development of a network of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, biogas stations, production of industrial robots, etc.) rosenergoatom.ru
Rosatom Service JSC (part of the Electric Power Division of Rosatom State Corporation) provides servicing to energy facilities in various power industries. The company is present in almost every country with operating VVER NPP outside Russia. The geography of Rosatom Service JSC projects covers more than 15 countries around the world, from Europe to Asia. The references of Rosatom Service JSC include comprehensive projects for service life extension, maintenance and repair, supply of equipment and SPTA, nuclear infrastructure, consulting services, and training. Since 2022, the company has been actively developing the areas of renewable energy: small hydropower, biogas reactors, landfill gas. The BOOТ (build-own-operate-trade) model is implemented as a priority. Rosatom Service JSC references in the renewable energy sources sector include the design of a cascade of hydroelectric power plants in Bulgaria, HPP for an isolated power consumer in Kyrgyzstan, and the supply of equipment for the Segozerskaya HPP in Karelia. In the near future, the company is also planning to take the position of a key business participant in the construction of high-capacity bioreactors, implementing the Rosatom State Corporation’s development strategy using “green energy”. As part of the “Robotics” business line, the company offers services for the design and manufacture of robotic systems and other non-standard equipment for nuclear industry enterprises and beyond. rosatom-service.ru
Rosatom Intelmash LLC is the industry-specific robotics integrator for the Rosatom State Corporation and a subsidiary of Rosatom Service JSC. The company develops and implements comprehensive industrial automation and robotics solutions for enterprises in the nuclear industry, critical infrastructure, and other strategic sectors of the Russian economy. rosatom-intelmash.ru
The Russian industry has the goal to ensure process sovereignty and transition to the latest domestic technologies in the shortest time possible. The state and large domestic companies are channeling resources to accelerate the development of the domestic research, infrastructure, and scientific and process base. The development of human resources, innovations and new high-tech equipment allows Rosatom and its enterprises to occupy new markets, increasing the competitiveness of the nuclear industry and the Russian industry as a whole.
