JUSTIFICATION OF LIFETIME EXTENSION OF KOZLODUY NPP UNIT
Project description
The work to assess the technical condition and justify the remaining service life of the reactor plant, heat-exchange, pumping, transport-process and electrical equipment, pipelines and valves, as well as construction structures of buildings and facilities was performed at a high level in close cooperation with OKB Gidropress JSC, Kurchatov Institute NRC and Atomtekhenergo JSC.
The customer of Kozloduy NPP EAD also highly appreciated the Rosatom Service JSC team's expertise, which is noted in the letter of thanks (in the "Feedback" section).
General information
Projects to extend NPP power units lifetime extension are technically complex, requiring an integrated approach and a high level of expertise. Localization of the work object abroad is an additional factor of project complexity for the contractor.
